A "seems" potential to grow, but i foresee the area is dying and sooner will be took over.
B is the land i dreamed for since the beginning, but i knew it will hardly developed in current situation.
C is the toughest and most challenged area. If succeed, you are the man; else you will have nothing.
D new enviroment, potential of growth guaranteed. But have to relocate my financial and consider tough pun.
A definitely out of my choice. Which property should i choose, C or D?

Project D mess up. Will stick to initial plan ;p
How come got messed up so fast in just 2 hours?
An insider told me that the project D development progress of 0% even though the delivery time is at the corner. Nothing have been done, no study, no preparation, no planning. Is too risky for me to invest on it. She suggested me to get other better option. So i changed my mind loo :p
gonna do as much survey as u can. collect more info data & analyze them~from there it would tell u how is it~
